DAY 2 - 154.8lbs

Breakfast

 Snack (juice freshly squeezed by me, 1 lime, 2 small oranges, 2 small carrots)

Pre and post workout (1/4 before, the rest after) -
almost as yesterday, 2 cups milk, 1tbs cacao powder, 1 banana

 Dinner: tiny portion of stew that my husband had + spinach omelet

(I ate 4 penne rigate tubes out of the pot of stew while cutting the following snack)

Snack 2 - I had one more kiwi as well

Total approximately 1750 kcal, 81g protein
